First brunch as a Brooklynite. Lokal, 12/4/2011

This year turned out to be a time of change for me. After five years at Fodor’s Travel (my first job out of college and the same one I’ve had the entire time I’ve lived in New York), I left for a new and very exciting career at Google. And after 5 years in Manhattan, the last 3.5 of which were spent in my beloved downtown apartment, I’ve decamped for my first “own place” in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. 

Here’s to many more exhilarating changes in 2012. And lots of champagne brunches to celebrate them at.

Family Reunion of the Day: Will Smith recently reunited with his Fresh Prince of Bel Air castmates James Avery (Uncle Phil), Karyn Parsons (Hilary), Tatyana Ali (Ashley), and Alfonso Ribeiro (Carlton).

“There’s nothin’ like spending Holidays with fam!” Smith wrote on his official Facebook page.

The roles of Janet Hubert-Whitten (Vivian 1) and Daphne Maxwell Reid (Vivian 2) were played by two random white dudes.
